Nos gustó mucho visitar el acuario y la destilería de Arehucas pero faltó tiempo para visitar el centro de Las Palmas. La guía (Selene) es un encanto y se esforzó por explicarnos todo, llegando a hacer el Tour en 3 idiomas. Toda una proeza y fue un lujo tenerla con nosotros. Como propuesta de mejora, sugerimos coger el ferry de las 20pm.

We really enjoyed visiting the aquarium and the Arehucas distillery, but we didn't have enough time to explore downtown Las Palmas. The guide (Selene) is a delight and went out of her way to explain everything, even giving the tour in three languages. It was quite a feat, and it was a pleasure to have her with us. As a suggestion for improvement, we suggest taking the 8 p.m. ferry.

Fue todo perfecto... Josep nos recogio en puerto de la Cruz y nos acompaño en el autobus hasta que se aseguro que cogiéramos el Ferry sin problemas y nos estaba esperando a la vuelta. Por otra parte Alfonso nos estaba esperando en Gran Canaria e hizo todo lo posible porque fuera divertido y ameno, y aun a pesar que hablaba en tres idiomas iba cambiando rápidamente para que no se nos hiciera pesado. Una vez que Gran Canaria la actividad fue muy buen, Selena la guía un amor y muy buen organizado. Ahora. Si yo elegí la opción sin traslado porque ninguno de los puntos de encuentro me quedaban bien. La empresa NO ME AVISÓ cuál era el barco ni de qué puerto salía ni a dónde tenía que ir. Solo dijeron que salía a las 10:30 del puerto de Tenerife que es ENORME. Por suerte despues de mucho tiempo pude comunicarme pero tuve que correr por todo el puerto para llegar. Un desastre la organización.

Once in Gran Canaria the activity was very good, Selena the guide is a sweetheart and very well organized. Now, I chose the option without transfer because none of the meeting points were convenient for me. The company DID NOT INFORM ME which boat was on or which port it left from or where I had to go. They only said it left at 10:30 from the port of Tenerife which is HUGE. Luckily after a long time I was able to communicate but I had to run all over the port to get there. The organization was a disaster.

Es una excursión para guiris. No te da tiempo a ver apenas nada de la ciudad, una hora te dan para comer y visitar sus calles. O sea la visita al acuario sobra.
