En general bien. La recogida bien, las explicaciones bien, el autobús bien, la organización bien. El único pero que le pongo es que íbamos con el tiempo muy justo en las visitas. 20 minutos aquí, 15 minutos allí. Daba la sensación de tener prisa. Al final fueron unas 6 horas. El guía muy bien con sus explicaciones y predisposición a ayudar en todo.

Overall, it was good. The pickup was good, the explanations were good, the bus was good, and the organization was good. The only complaint I have is that we were very short on time for the tours. 20 minutes here, 15 minutes there. It felt like we were in a hurry. In the end, it took about 6 hours. Lo recomiendo. El guía hablaba 3 idiomas, explicaba todo muy claro y eran cosas interesantes. El trayecto por timanfaya no te lo puedes perder y el golfo es espectacular. Da tiempo a verlo todo y hacer fotos. Dinero bien invertido si no tienes coche de alquiler. (Sed puntuales y estar atentos cuando os digan una hora de volver que hay gente que se quedó sin ver timanfaya). Hola! La excursión en general nos ha gustado. Lo único que nos ha molestado un poco es que nos llevaran a comer a un buffet para “guiris”. Creo que se le da más importancia al turismo extranjero que al propio nacional. Nos hemos ido por nuestra cuenta a comer y casi nos dejan en tierra porque solo hemos tenido una hora. Las explicaciones del guía correctas, pero bastante escuetas, la verdad. Aun así, la organización de la excursión ha sido perfecta. Gracias.

Hello! We liked the excursion in general. The only thing that bothered us a little is that they took us to eat at a buffet for “guiris”. Me ha gustado mucho la visita al PN Timanfaya. Al viajar en autobús,se accede y recorre el paraje con mayor facilidad que en vehículo privado. El resto de la visita ha transcurrido por lugares bonitos,pero vistos desde el autobús en ruta,y las paradas han sido para realizar actividades muy concretas,breves y enfocadas al consumo. Sensación de ir mirando el reloj todo el día.En conclusión:Muy bien Timanfaya,resto no repetiría así

Las visitas están bien, pero para recoger a gente de diferentes puntos hemos hecho dos horas de autocar y 3 cambios de vehículo, es decir, realmente la excursión no ha empezado hasta las 11, deberían organizarlo mejor. La visita al Timanfaya merece mucho la pena, especialmente la ruta que por las montañas de fuego. La Laguna Verde es muy bonita.

Para empezar pasamos más de la mitad de la excursión esperando a recoger a otras personas y hacer cambio de autobuses. La explicación era en 3 idiomas,en castellano apenas vocalizaba y no se le entendía por lo que sólo pudimos seguir la visita al entender inglés. Cogimos la visita larga ya que había una cata de vino de la zona de Geria, lo que nos obligó a comer en la excursión para esperar a esta actividad que fue bastante penosa y de duración de unos 5 minutos literalmente. No recomendaria

El tiempo empleado en la la recogida de excursionistas en los distintos puntos de encuentro a lo largo de la isla nos pareció excesivo (2h aprox). Una de las visitas programadas (Las Salinas) no se realizó y no obtuvimos ningún tipo de explicación.
