Ho fatto un po' fatica a far sì che iniziasse a funzionare, ma dopo un po' di contatti siamo riusciti, poi è andato tutto bene. L'unica cosa che mi ha un po' lasciata infastidita, il fatto che non c'era un servizio di assistenza h24 per cui se scrivevo all'assistenza alla sera quando ero in hotel ed avevo la connessione grazie al loro WiFi, l'assistenza non mi rispondeva subito finché ero in hotel ed avevo la connessione, dovevo aspettare il giorno dopo. Te recomiendo No utilizar el servicio. Es una estafa. La eSIM no es confiable y no se activa en tres simples pasos, te ofrecen asistencia técnica que nunca llega y obviamente las molestias que te ocasiona porque No tenes datos para reclamar y eso es precisamente lo que necesitas obtener ágil, práctico y de forma sencilla. NO LA COMPRES!!!!

They offer technical support that never arrives, and obviously, they cause you the hassle of not having the data to file a claim, and that's precisely what you need to get quickly, conveniently, and easily. DO NOT BUY IT!!!!
