Staff super gentile e simpatico! Isola di Lobos molto carina, anche se il mare era abbastanza mosso il catamarano è molto grande e stabile e si ferma fuori dalla baia in una zona riparata. 4 ore di escursione volano velocemente! Very pretty Lobos Island, even though the sea was quite rough the catamaran is very large and stable and stops outside the bay in a sheltered area. 4 hours of hiking flies by quickly! La tripulacion magnifica, Fran es encantador , simpatico, atento y muy profesional y, Pepe otro marinero excelente y muy agradable y Jhon muy bueno tambien, Lo unico mal por decir algo, es la comida, la paella era incomible, y deberian de acompañarlo con algun postre. Precio elevado para el servicio que ofrecen. Además, a la llegada nos han ofrecido mejorar la calidad del servicio por 10€ PP a lo que hemos aceptado y hemos tenido lo mismo que los demás sin haberlo pagado. Decepcionados con eso. La tripulación un encanto.

Súper amena. La gente del catamarán majísima. Atentos en todo momento. Grupos reducidos con el que se puede disfrutar de todas las actividades. Si tuviera que añadir algo sería que nos hubiera gustado tener acceso a la playa de las conchas. Sin embargo, pudimos disfrutar un rato en las pozas de agua cristalina del puertito y un paseo por la isla. Además se puede ir en cualquier momento por tu cuenta. Súper recomendable. Very nice experience with a great crew on board. You can tell they love what they do. We spent a fantastic afternoon. The only point of critique is that we suddenly had to rush out of the water because we had to eat lunch. After lunch at first there was time for another hop in the water, so we did. Just one minute later we had to get out again and leave for the excursion to the island in a super hurried way. Didn't ruin the experience, but could be something to fine-tune in the future.

Lo único que no me gusta de la excursión es que no se deje claro que el catamarán no atracará en ningún momento en Isla de Lobos. Los viajeros no pisan Isla de Lobos ya que la embarcación no tiene permiso para acercarse al islote. En la información de Civitatis se puede leer que hay 2 horas de tiempo libre, es más la actividad se vende como “Excursión a la Isla de Lobos”. En ningún item se especifica que los excursionistas no pisarán la isla. Muy decepcionada.

Sentimos mucho la confusión. Es verdad que la actividad se llama excursión a la isla de lobos, pero en la información dejamos claro que no es una visita a la isla, si no que vamos a ver sus aguas e inmediaciones y es ahí donde se realizaran las distintas actividades ( snorkel, remo en kayaks o stand up paddle), en las aguas de alrededor de la isla y no en la isla.
