Guatiza & Mala Buggy Tour
At your selected time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Lanzarote and head to where we'll begin this exciting buggy tour. Ready for an adventure?
We'll get into the buggies and start our route through the dirt tracks in Guatiza. This village had a great economic boom in the 19th century due to the production of the red cochineal. On the tour, you'll find out what this insect was used for...
We'll also see Guatiza's quarries before continuing our tour through Northern Lanzarote as we head to the Los Cocoteros salt mines, which date back to 1940. Before finishing our tour, we'll see the cacti in the village of Mala, which will allow us to further explore agricultural traditions in this part of Lanzarote.
After a 2-hour route, we'll conclude the buggy tour and take you back to your hotel.
