Los horarios son totalmente erróneos. Pase que nos recojan con algo de retraso pero en la información ponía que nos devolvían a las 13h y llegamos casi a las 17h. Un poco caos la organización de orden de visitas, en parte por culpa de la mala organización del timanfaya. Por otro lado, el almuerzo es una parada de 1h donde te llevan a comer a un buffet por 15 euros… puedes irte a otro bar pero caminando mínimo 10 minutos. El guía por otro lado muy amable y te da muchas explicaciones.

The schedules are completely wrong. We were picked up a bit late, but the information said they would return us at 1:00 PM, and we arrived almost at 5:00 PM. The scheduling of the tours was a bit chaotic, partly due to the poor organization of the timanfaya. On the other hand, lunch is a one-hour stop where they take you to a buffet for 15 euros… you can go to another bar, but you'll have to walk for at least 10 minutes. The guide, on the other hand, was very friendly and gave a lot of explanations.

Hay una cosa que no me gusta y es que un tour en español en España me lo de una persona que no se maneja bien con el idioma, además un tour bilingüe, en el que se explicaban más cosas en inglés que en español. Un tour aburrido, con el mismo contenido repetido una y otra vez.

There's one thing I don't like: a Spanish-language tour in Spain is given to me by someone who isn't fluent in the language, and a bilingual tour in which more things were explained in English than in Spanish. A boring tour, with the same content repeated over and over again.

Es una excursión excelente, hay que hacerla si vienes a Lanzarote. Lo que no me ha gustado es que a las 12:30 h se para a comer en un buffet a las afueras de Yaiza, y si no comes porque a esa hora no comemos los españoles, te quedas una hora sin saber qué hacer porque como ya he dicho estás a las afueras. Excursión muy recomendable. La organización un 10 desde el momento de la reserva. Genial el conductor (Juan Manuel) + Rocío la guía y todo lo que hemos visto nos ha sorprendido mucho, junto con las explicaciones ha sido muy ameno. He echado en falta otras opciones en el almuerzo (buffet libre por 15 euros un poco corto de calidad y variedad) y en el paseo a camello para aquellos que no hemos querido montar. En general bien. La recogida bien, las explicaciones bien, el autobús bien, la organización bien. El único pero que le pongo es que íbamos con el tiempo muy justo en las visitas. 20 minutos aquí, 15 minutos allí. Daba la sensación de tener prisa. Al final fueron unas 6 horas. El guía muy bien con sus explicaciones y predisposición a ayudar en todo.

Overall, it was good. The pickup was good, the explanations were good, the bus was good, and the organization was good. The only complaint I have is that we were very short on time for the tours. 20 minutes here, 15 minutes there. It felt like we were in a hurry. In the end, it took about 6 hours. The guide was very good with his explanations and willingness to help with everything.

De la excursion solo vale la pena la visita al timanfaya y el golfo, lo demas solo es relleno y se hace muy pesado, la visita a la bodega no te enseñan nada ni te explican como se hace el vino, solo te dan a provar un chupito de vino y a esperar 20 min para subir al autocar, despues te llevan a Yaiza y alli o comes con el grupo o te mueres de asco otra hora mas Menú 15 euros en un bufet de mala muerte y que te amontonan en las mesas como borregos. Restaurante y autocar sin aire

The only thing worthwhile about the excursion is the visit to Timanfaya and the Gulf. The rest is just filler and very tedious. The visit to the winery doesn't teach you anything or explain how wine is made. You only get to try a shot of wine and wait 20 minutes to get on the bus. Afterwards, they take you to Yaiza and there you either eat with the group or die of disgust for another hour. The menu is 15 euros in a lousy buffet and they cram you onto tables like sheep. The restaurant and bus have no air conditioning.
