La actividad fue muy bien, tanto el guia Carlos como el conductor Óscar un 10 y el circuito bien. Lo único que la empresa no lo tiene bien organizado, nos han recogido 45 minutos más tarde de la hora, sin ninguna información al respecto, por lo visto a ultima hora han añadido un grupo de alemanes voluminoso por lo que el pobre guia tenía que ir explicando en ambos idiomas y por lo visto, estás personas cuando la explicación era en castellano formaban un follón que no oíamos nada. Pues la actividad bien pero la guía del autobús un poco borde con la gente,no sé si tenia mal día o es siempre así pero yo no pago una excursión tan cara para q me traten así Se enojaba por todo,porq unos chicos fumaban antes de subir al bus porq no quería nadie detrás de ella q le estorbaban…….un montón de cosas durante el trayecto q duró la actividad

La actividad está bien en general, la guía Helen, nos gustó mucho, explicó todo muy bien, tanto en inglés como español. Lo único malo a criticar es la hora de la "comida", pretendieran que comiéramos en un buffet a las 11:30 de la mañana, en un pueblo perdido dónde no había ningún sitio más donde ir. Pues fue muy bien: tanto el cumplimiento del horario,como la ruta pero especialmente la guía Rocío, de Granada, no solo fue muy profesional sino amable y simpática, un sol. La ruta no se me hizo nada pesada y mira que fue hasta las 17h más o menos. La ruta fue estupenda: el parque nacional de Timanfaya es espectacular con su orografía cambiante,tanto desértica como lunar .. Impresionante. La excursión está muy bien y visitamos los lugares más importantes. La guía y el conductor también estuvieron bien. Pero la excursión fue muy atropellada. Nos llevaron de un lado a otro sin parar y terminamos casi tres horas de lo que teníamos programada la vuelta. Nis faltó disfrutar del día.

Todo perfecto. Tanto la guia Ellen y el chofer Oscar encantadores, el bus genial y puntuales en todo momento. Lo unico la comida !! Un bufet espantoso!! RESTAURANTE LA DOLORES en Mancha Blanca. Actividad interesante pero muy mejorable en su organización. Se atendían muchos grupos muy heterogéneos con trasbordos de unos autobuses a otros y en nuestro caso un autobús de dos plantas con horrible olor a vómito, con un guía esloveno que al hablar en inglés, luego en español y después en alemán, suponía una gran pérdida de tiempo cuando se suponía que la actividad era en español y no se le entendía bien en ninguno de los idiomas. Para el precio que tiene bien podía incluir el almuerzo.

An interesting activity, but with significant room for improvement in its organization. Many diverse groups were served, with transfers from one bus to another. Fué regular. El idioma en Español brillaba por su ausencia, íbamos a contrarreloj a todos sitios y la guía, por algún motivo que desconocemos, estaba enfadada con el mundo. Nosotros cogimos la excursión en español, y fueron unos ingleses que iban juntos a nosotros, los que nos traducían al castellano lo que explicacaba la guía en el supuesto Español. Aunque suene a chiste era así.
