Initial impressions from the lady (Radmila) collecting us not good - we could not understand what she said and she was quite rude. Thankfully she was only transferring us to another tour. This whole process delays the start of the tour as various coaches merge from different locations and then groups head out again. On previous tours we are collected and the tour starts. Cristina the guide was very good despite having to speak many languages. The sights on the trip were wonderful.

Muy bien todo, la guía estuvo todo el rato contando cosas, como.unica cosa en contra no hubo control en la vuelta, nos bajamos en la parada equivocada y nadie nos dijo nada con el consiguiente problema de vuelta al hotel, no conociendo la zona, tal vez estaría bien avisar quienes tienen que bajarse y donde para evitar problemas. Los lugares qu visitamos muy bien. A destacar la limpieza de los sitios. La excursión sigo sin entender pq en la oferta pone 8.45 a ,9.05 la recogida en un punto indicado y sin embargo nos citan otra vez en esta excursión a las 8.20 y encima acabamos mucho más pronto de la hora con lo cual no se ajusta ni la hora de salida ni la de llegada. La excursión de está fenomenal para ver el norte de la isla. Puntazo a favor es que no hay que hacer colas para entrar a la cueva y a los jameos, se entra directamente. Aviso ️ Si vas con niños pequeños no se puede acceder con carrito. Como crítica constructiva nos habría gustado que nos hubieran dejado un poquito más de tiempo en los Jameos del Agua, se nos quedó un poco corto y apresurado. I posti visitati sono molto belli ma se posso dare un consiglio, limiterei le spiegazioni della guida a due lingue (spagnolo e inglese) perché tre sono troppe, si crea confusione e se la guida parla troppo velocemente, come nel nostro caso, si rischia di non capire niente. Io parlo inglese e capisco lo spagnolo ma oggi ho avuto difficoltà.

En general bien, pero la ruta debería acabar en la finca de aloe, ir a los Jameos me pareció excesivo. La recogida de clientes muy pesada, se perdió más de una hora, La guía y el chofer muy bien, pero demasiados idiomas juntos no es agradable, lo menos q se habló fue en español. Yo no volveré a repetir. Gracias

Tendrían que pensar en facilitar a la guía.que ya que tiene que hablar en 3 idiomas.llevara micrófono i los del grupo pinganillo para poder escuchar correctamente.

Hice la excursión territorios del norte express. Tanto el guía como el conductor excelentes. Pero a la vuelta nos trasladaron los últimos 40 km (trayecto Playa Blanca) a un mini bus. Dicho bus no funcionaba bien, tuvimos que parar 4 veces porque no aceleraba, iba súper lento y haciendo ruidos. El chòfer llamò a su empresa y le indicaron que siguiera con el bus en esas condiciones, sin importar que pudiéramos tener un accidente. No fue una actuación correcta.

I did the Northern Territories Express tour. Both the guide and the driver were excellent. But on the way back they transferred us the last 40 km (Playa Blanca route) to a minibus. This bus did not work well, we had to stop 4 times because it did not accelerate, it was going very slow and making noise. The driver called his company and they told him to continue with the bus in those conditions, regardless of the fact that we could have an accident. It was not a correct action.
